Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (note: only cash on delivery is accepted, and refunds will be made via this method).

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assist us in processing your request quickly.
